It’s been a while, eh?

I’ve been keeping this blog for myself for years but I’m pretty shitty at keeping it updated.

It was my first Japanniversary a couple weeks back. This year seriously flew by in the blink of an eye. At the beginning of the year, I extended my contract at my current job for another 8 months. So it looks like I’ll still be here for a while longer. What’s going to happen next is still up in the air. I won’t lie and say that stress due to the instability/uncertainty in my life hasn’t been eating at me. I like plans and I always like to plan 10 steps ahead. I don’t like uncertainty and not knowing where I’ll be next year. So this is not a good combo for me.

Now, let’s do a quick recap on what I’ve done in the past year!

• Went to Tokyo/Yokohama (&Saitama) multiple times for concerts and a stage play

• Got to see KAT-TUN (omg Seishun Amigo with my own eyes), Yamapi, NEWS, and Kisumai in concert

• Visited Kyushu for the first time – went to Fukuoka with parents

• Went back to Canada twice

• Was bridesmaid for the first time for my friend’s wedding (and last minute planned a bridal shower for the first time)

• Went strawberry picking in Japan for the first time

• Saw cherry blossoms in Japan for the first time
