So I had my second small group personal training class yesterday (this would be my… 5th time seeing my trainer?). I’m pleased to say that I don’t feel like dying as much during the class compared to before. So I’m definitely improving SOMEWHERE.
But today when I woke up, my back and abs were so sore! It’s a good sore though 😀
But most of all, it hurts the most underneath my armpit. Working out all those muscles that we normally never use.
Kis-My-World concert DVD leaks are out. I couldn’t resist. Watched the first 10mins and died so I had to take a breather from it. Lol
Not going to let myself watch it until I’ve gotten some work done… So, I should get back to that right now… XD
